ENTRY DESIGN

69 GOLD STREET

IDG provided Architectural and Interior design services for the rejuvenation and updating of this 90 unit 1972 building to suit today’s rental market in downtown Manhattan. Our work focused not only on the needed infrastructure repairs but on the upgrading of apartments, the addition of new tenant amenities and the redesign of the lobby.

The building entrance work included new signage, sliding entry doors, glass/aluminum storefront design, paving, and lighting. New landscaping and planters were also incorporated.

New planters with new planting, new wood decking and roof pavers, as well as new lighting were done to the roof deck. We covered existing exterior brick with new wood fencing and latticework, and aligned new seating to take advantage of views of Manhattan Bridge.
