GOLD STREET APARTMENTS

69 GOLD STREET

IDG rejuvenated and updated this 1972 building to suit today's rental market in Downtown Manhattan, with interior work focused on the design for two apartment types, a fitness center, and the lobby interior.

Renovation for the apartments comprised of new windows, new floor and wall finishes, a new kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, as well as a new bathroom.

The building elevator and lobby area was given a new wood concierge desk, new wall finishes including wallcovering and wood paneling, new stone and porcelain flooring, and new decorative ceiling with lighting of new artwork.

For the Fitness Center, IDG worked with an acoustical consultant to mitigate potential noise.
