Integrated Design Group provided Architectural/Interior design services, as well as mechanical engineering services for the gut interior renovation of the ground floor of a new medical office building located in Cold Spring, New York for Hudson Valley Hospital - New York Presbyterian. A gut renovation of shell space, approximately 5,700SF to house outpatient facilities for Obstetrics/Gynecology practice, smaller medical practice and required spaces to serve the ground floor tenants.
